Reviews and Ratings
I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. The indoor pool and spa were fantastic and very well-maintained. However, the bowling alley could use more bowling helpers for the little ones, and the hot tub was a bit small. Overall, it’s a great place for families, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
We had an unexpected blast at this hotel while exploring the area. The bowling alley and swimming pool were highlights, and the food at The Grill exceeded our expectations with generous portions. However, I faced some frustration with the lack of bowling helpers for kids and a hot tub that was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a fun getaway, but those couple of details brought my experience down a notch.
My stay was quite pleasant overall. The spacious rooms with stunning mountain views and a friendly atmosphere really stood out to me. The large pool and hot tub added to the enjoyment, although I did find the hot tub a bit small for a group. Dining at The Grill was a highlight, with generous portions, but I did notice that the casino floor could be a bit cramped compared to others I've experienced.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its spacious rooms and the helpful staff. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. However, the lighting in the room was quite dim, and I wish they had better ventilation on the lower floors to avoid smoke odors. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but a few adjustments could make it even better.
I had a pretty rough time during my stay. While the location was decent, I can't overlook the staffing issues and the cleanliness of my room. The dining experience was below average and left a lot to be desired. Overall, there are certainly much better options elsewhere, especially given the unwelcoming atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were quite comfortable and the staff was mostly friendly, I was let down by some essential amenities and the responsiveness of the maintenance team. The location served as a great base for exploring the nearby attractions, but the dining options could use improvement.
My husband and I love staying here! The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, along with a great casino experience. The staff is always warm and accommodating. However, we did have a disappointing experience during one stay when the internet was down, which affected some amenities. Overall, it's a solid choice for a fun getaway.
I had a great experience at this hotel during my New Mexico vacation. It was a convenient stop with a clean environment and friendly staff. However, I did notice some cigarette smoke in the lobby, and the beds could have been softer. Overall, it offered good value with nice amenities, but a few updates could enhance the experience.
